Favorite Composer/Musician: J.S. Bach, Antonin Dvorak, and Aaron Copland

Favorite Song: Brandenburg Concerto #3 by J.S. Bach, Piano Concerto #2 by Maurice Ravel , and Salvation is Created (by a Russian Composer)

Favorite Athlete: Mia Hamm (soccer) and Doug McDonald (hockey)

Weirdest Job: Funeral Organist in High School (I had to sign out of school to play for funerals)

Favorite Vacation Spot: Bayfield and the Apostle Islands

When I Started Playing Music: Piano lessons in 3rd Grade

Instruments I Play: Mostly Piano, also bass, organ, alto sax, recorder, and other sring and band instruments.

Favorite Food: Shrimp Creole and Cheesecake (Seperately)

Favorite Place to Eat: Raleigh's in Galena,IL (It
doesn't exist anymore)

Where did you Grow Up? Morton Grove, IL (It’s a Chicago Suburb)

Favorite Composer/Musician: Bach, I love how his music fits together like clockwork. Ray Brown (a jazz bassist) is my favorite musician.

Favorite Song: Samuel Barber’s “Adagio for Strings” (I hope we can perform this someday at the HS) … also the “Superbowl Shuffle” (see below)

Favorite Athlete: William “The Refridgerator” Perry (and the rest of the ’85 Champion Chicago Bears”

Weirdest Job: Short Order Cook at Novak’s Restaurant in Whitewater.

Favorite Vacation Spot: Greece or Disney World… it’s a tough call

When I Started Playing Music: I played a toy piano at age 8

Instruments I Play: Mostly Double Bass and Tuba, but as a teacher I also play all the other string, and band instruments.

Favorite Food: Gyros

Favorite Place to Eat: The Works, Niles,IL (the awesome gyros joint back home)
